 signs your job may not be right for you

 你的工作可能不适合你的迹象

while it is understandable that not everyone can have their perfect dream job, there are also ways to know that the job you have may not be a good fit, and since a large part of our lives are spent working, why not find something that better suits your needs? here are some common signs you should look for something else.

虽然可以理解不是每个人都能拥有他们梦想的工作，但仍然有些方式能够知道你拥有的工作可能不适合你，而由於我们大部分的人生都花在工作上，何不找个更符合你需求的工作呢？以下的常见迹象意味著你应该另觅别的工作了。

first, nothing comes naturally. we all have limitations and different abilities, but if your abilities don’t suit your work (and you have honestly tried), it’s a sign you are suited for something else. be realistic in your expectations, but also truthful about yourself. if you consistently receive poor feedback, complain, or feel things aren’t working, it may be because your work doesn’t fit your skills. finding something that suits your abilities and character will make you much happier.

首先，没有什麼是自然而然就会出现的。我们都有限制并且拥有不同的能力，但若如果你的能力不符合你的工作（而你真的试过了），这是个你适合其他事物的迹象。要对自己的期许更加实际，但是也要对自己诚实。若你持续获得不佳的回馈、抱怨或是觉得事情不顺利，那可能是因為你的工作不符合你的技巧。找到一份适合你能力和个性的工作会让你更加快乐。

another large indicator is whether or not you share details with others. knowing you connect to your work is important, and shouldn’t be faked. those who are good at their job often take pride in what they do, become excited about projects, and share their passion with others.

另外一种大型指标是你是否与他人分享细节。明白自己能够心繫工作狠重要，而且不应该假装。擅长自身工作的人通常都对自己做的事情感到骄傲、对企划感到兴奋，并且会跟他人分享热情。

finally, if you can’t be yourself, compromise your dreams or beliefs, or feel unhappy and unsatisfied, you should look elsewhere. if you are constantly counting the hours until you can do something different, then that is exactly what you should do!

最后，如果你无法做自己、对自己的梦想或信念必须让步妥协，或是觉得不快乐而且不满足，你应该另觅他处。如果你一直倒数时间直到你能够做些其他的事情，那这就是你应该做的事情！
