"wo3 yao4" mean "I want to have".
yi2 ge4, one.

yi4 bei1, one cup of.

Nowadays in China, there are many Chinese and western fast food restaurant. And some people would like to eat in the restaurants while others choose to take the food away.
You may hear the food seller say: zai4 zhe4er chi1 hai4shi dai4 zou3?
Zai4 is a preposition, meaning at.
zhe4er, here.
chi1 is to eat.
hai4shi, or.
dai4 zou3, take away.

请问，洗手间在哪儿？Qǐngwèn, xǐshǒujiān zài nǎr?
Excuse me, where is the rest room?
Qing3 wen4, excuse me.
xi2shou3jian1 is rest room.
zai4 na3er literally means where.
Together: Qing3 wen4, xi2shou3jian1 zai4 na3er?

 请你给我几张餐巾纸。Qǐng nǐ gěi wǒ jǐ zhāng cānjīnzhǐ.
Please give me some napkins.
Qing3, please.
ni3, you.
gei2 wo3, give me.
ji3, several.
Here zhang1 is a measure word for paper.
