it has been a long time since nicole last traveled abroad. lately, she has been having an urge to travel, so she is discussing with her foreign roommate, sandra, where they can go traveling together.

nicole已经好久没有出国旅行了，最近的她又兴起了出国的想法，她与她的外国室友sandra讨论，要相约去哪里玩。

nicole: sandra! what do you say we go to japan together?

nicole：sandra！你觉得我们去日本玩好不好？

sandra: why japan?

sandra：为何要选日本呢？

nicole: because the yen has been depreciating! there is no better time to go than now!

nicole：因為现在日币贬值呀！现在不去更待何时！

sandra: but i thought you’ve already been there many times?

sandra：可是你日本不是去过狠多次了？

nicole: i have, but i’ve only been to tokyo and osaka. i haven’t been to hokkaido yet!

nicole：我都是去东京跟大阪呀！北海道我还没去过呢！

sandra: wouldn’t it still be quite cold if we went there now?

sandra：现在去北海道会不会还狠冷？

nicole: i don’t know about that. what about okinawa then?

nicole：这个我就不晓得了，还是我们去冲绳？

sandra: okinawa? that’s a good idea. at least we won’t need to do a lot of walking.

sandra：冲绳？听起来不错喔！至少不用一直走来走去的。

nicole: don’t you think it’s time to get off your butt and onto your feet? summer is just around the corner!

nicole：小姐！你也该动一动了吧？夏天要到了耶！

sandra: work has been draining me. i just want to stay in one place and do nothing.

sandra：最近工作狠累，我只想好好在一个地方待著，什麼也不动。

nicole: then okinawa is the perfect place! there are beaches, hot surfers, and cocktails…

nicole：那这样冲绳应该是最好的选择了，海滩、冲浪男孩跟鸡尾酒……

sandra: wow, it’s like you read my mind!

sandra：你真的太了解我了！

nicole: let’s book our tickets online then! i heard eric say you can pick up great bargains on the flight booking website peach airline.

nicole：那我们就上网订机票吧！听eric的介绍，到peachairline网站订票好像狠便宜呢！

sandra: yes! there’s nothing more important than low prices! hurry up! i’m on the website already. let’s check out the seats!

sandra：省钱第一！快！我已经进去网站了，一起来看看机位吧！

nicole: look at you all alive and energetic when it comes to making travel plans!

nicole：一说到出去玩，你整个人就活起来了呢！
