nicole wanted to book her flight tickets online, but the website kept crashing, so she had to call the customer service center instead to book the tickets.

nicole原本想要上网订机票，但网页一直当掉，她只好打电话直接去客服中心订票。

customer service rep: hi, peach airline booking center.

客服人员：您好！这里是peachairline订票中心。

nicole: i would like to book two adult round-trip tickets to okinawa.

nicole：我想要订两张到冲绳的成人来回机票。

customer service rep: where would you like to depart from?

客服人员：请问要从哪里出发呢？

nicole: i want to depart from taoyuan airport.

nicole：我要从桃园机场出发。

customer service rep: and what about the departure and return dates?

客服人员：那出发跟回来的日期呢？

nicole: we want to leave on june 10th and come back on june 16th.

nicole：我们想要6月10号出发，6月16号回来。

customer service rep: all right, let me just check for you. right now there are still seats on the flights flying out from taoyuan at 1:10pm on the 10th and coming back at 5:30pm on the 16th.

客服人员：好的，我帮你查询看看。目前机位还有，10号是中午1点10分起飞，16号的回程则是下午五点半起飞。

nicole: is there an earlier flight to okinawa?

nicole：有更早飞去的班机吗？

customer service rep: i’m afraid the one leaving at 10:15am is fully-booked already. would you like me to put you on the waiting list?

客服人员：目前查询上午10点15分那一班已经客满，您要排后补吗？

nicole: that’s okay. i’ll stick to the one leaving at 1:10pm then.

nicole：不要好了，那就订1点10分出发那一班。

customer service rep: okay, so that’s two adult return tickets departing at 1:10pm on the 10th and returning at 5:30pm on the 16th. is that correct?

客服人员：好的，跟你确认一下，两位成人来回机票，出发时间是10号下午1点10分，回程是16号下午5点30分，请问正确吗？

nicole: yes, that’s right.

nicole：正确。

customer service rep: please enter your credit card number and the expiration date using the number pad in a minute to complete the booking and payment process.

客服人员：等会请用电话直接帮我输入您的信用卡跟信用卡到期日，这样就会完成订票与付费作业了。

nicole: all right. hang on, let me just go grab my credit card.

nicole：好的，那你等我一下，我去拿我的信用卡。

customer service rep: sure.

客服人员：没问题。
