三亚已启动三亚市物价补贴联动机制，为三亚全市符合条件的62万城乡居民发放2014年上半年物价补贴，每人一次性补贴360元，共需发放补贴资金22320万元。

Residents of South China's Sanya city, Hainan province, are set to each get a subsidy of 360 yuan as the local government began granting half-year funds on Monday to offset rising prices.

海南省三亚市政府周一开始发放上半年物价补贴资金，该市居民每人可领到360元的补贴。

此次并非三亚首次发放物价补贴（subsidy to offset rising prices）。自2010年8月第一次启动物价补贴机制以来，三亚已多次为符合条件的居民发放物价补贴。我们平时能领到的其他补贴还有，房补（housing allowance）、交通补助（transportation allowance）、饭补（meal allowance）等。

据介绍，这次补贴对象为具有三亚本地户籍的城乡居民（residents with local household registrations），以及2013年11月－2014年4月间连续6个月以上（含6个月）参加三亚市从业人员基本医疗保险的非本地户籍的在职人员和灵活就业人员(non-locals who have paid health insurance in the city for six months or more from November 2013)。
