austin texas is known as the “live music capital of the world”. all types of music are played and the restaurants are filled with hipsters, musicians, students, government workers and entrepreneurs.

it is popular to live in downtown austin near the music venues, bars and restaurants. the area is also close to the university campus. families like to live west of downtown which has a neighborhood feel, parks and swimming pools.
