A: Can you give me a pair of chopsticks?

能给我拿双筷子吗？

(nénɡ ɡěi wǒ ná shuānɡ kuàizi ma?)

 

B: Come on! We are in a Western restaurant, don't lose face.

拜托！我们是在西餐厅里,别跌份。

(bàituō！wǒmen shì zài xīcāntīnɡ lǐ,bié diēfèn.)

 

A: Chill out, I'm only asking for the sake of convenience.

别激动,我只是为了使着方便。

(bié jīdònɡ,wǒ zhīshì wèile shǐzhe fānɡbiàn.)

 

B: I don't know. I think it's not very appropriate.

我不知道。我觉得这不太合适。
(wǒ bù zhīdào. wǒ juéde zhè bú tài héshì.)
