it has recently come to our attention that you have purchased a considerable amount of merchandising supplies from us this past year, which pleases us greatly.

upon review of your account, we noticed that you have not yet taken advantage of our 3% discount offer for early payment. this discount is available for customers who pay their total bill within ten days of delivery. perhaps you do not realize how substantial your savings could be. for example, your total purchases for last year amounted to an approximate s45,000. if you were to have used the early payment discount, you would have generated a savings of s1,350.
