商务会话──传单设计发包事宜

debbie recently opened a bubble tea shop in london. earlier, she found tiffany’s design workshop through the yellow pages and made a call to inquire about their services. now, she wants to ask them to design a flyer for her.

debbie最近在伦敦开了一家手摇饮料店，先前她透过电话簿找到了tiffany的设计工作室讨论过制作事宜，后续她想委托她们制作传单。

tiffany: hello, this is tiffany design workshop.

tiffany：妳好！这里是tiffany设计工作室！

debbie: hi, this is debbie. i called a few days ago to ask about your services.

debbie：我是debbie，我前几天打电话来询问过。

tiffany: hi debbie. i’m glad you called. so, how do you want us to go about your flyer?

tiffany：嗨！debbie，狠高兴再接到妳的电话。后续妳希望我们怎麼进行呢？

debbie: i had a look at your website and i think the photos you guys took are much better than ours. so i think i’d be better off leaving all the design work to you.

debbie：我上去了妳们的网站，觉得妳们的照片拍得比我们好，我想还是整个给妳们制作好了。

tiffany: great! not a problem! thank you for having confidence in our professionalism. i’ll get some of the things underway then.

tiffany：好的！没问题！谢谢妳的肯定。那我这里先帮妳安排一些制作的事宜。

debbie: do you need me to prepare anything?

debbie：那我这需要準备什麼呢？

tiffany: i’ll go over to your place tomorrow afternoon and discuss the details with you in person. while i’m there, i’ll also show you some samples. you might want to think about your corporate color and what items you want to include in the flyer first. that way we’ll be able to save a lot of time tomorrow.

tiffany：明天下午我会到妳那里去跟妳亲自讨论，顺便给妳一些范本参考。妳可以先把企业识别色还有想要的构想準备好，到时讨论就会快狠多。

debbie: is there anything else that i need to do?

debbie：还有其它的吗？

tiffany: if i remember correctly, last time you said there are going to be about 30 products, right? do you want to take photos of all of them, or just the representative ones?

tiffany：我记得妳上次说大约有三十几样產品对吧？是每个都想拍，还是只要拍几个代表性的就好了？

debbie: what’s the difference?

debbie：这个差别是？

tiffany: if you take photos of all of them, you’ll have source material files, which can come in handy if you decide to hold promotional events later on. plus, you don’t necessarily need to include all the photos in the flyer. you can use them for your website as well.

tiffany：如果妳每个都拍，妳以后就会有素材档，万一之后要做促销什麼的，可以直加抓出来使用，另外网站也可以直接使用这些照片。它们不一定得放在妳这次的传单里。

debbie: will i need to pay a lot more?

debbie：价格会差狠多吗？

tiffany: in my experience, you’ll probably need to pay 200 pounds more. but i would suggest that you have all the photos taken at once as it can usually save money and hassle.

tiffany：以我的经验，大概会差大约200英镑左右。但我建议通常一次拍好会比较省钱，也比较省事。

debbie: all right! i’ll let you know tomorrow. in the meantime, i’ll start organizing the stuff for tomorrow.

debbie：好吧！这方面我明天给妳答案，那我先来整理一些资料。

tiffany: sure. i’ll see you tomorrow afternoon then!

tiffany：没问题！我们明天下午见！
