生活会话──到麵摊吃饭

megan is an exchange student from canada. she went to the noodle stand around the corner from her dorm for dinner tonight and it just so happens that lisa was back home and helping out at the stall.

megan是从加拿大来的交换学生，今天晚上她来到宿舍巷口的麵摊吃晚餐，刚好遇到回家帮忙做生意的lisa。

megan: hello!

megan：妳好！

lisa: hi! did you just finish school? what would you like to have?

lisa：妳好呀！刚下课吗？要吃点什麼？

megan: how come i’ve never seen you before?

megan：我之前怎没遇见妳？

lisa: that’s because i’m studying in southern taiwan. since we get a one-week break this week, i decided to come back and help out at the stall. are you studying at national taiwan normal university?

lisa：我在南部唸书，这星期放假就回家帮忙。妳是师大的学生吗？

megan: that’s right. i’ve come to taiwan to study chinese for a year.

megan：是呀！我来台湾学中文一年。

lisa: i see. there are many exchange students like you in this neighborhood. what do you want to have today?

lisa：了解，这附近狠多像妳一样的交换学生。妳今天想吃点什麼呢？

megan: i usually just order plain noodle soup because i can’t understand what the rest of the items on the menu are.

megan：平常我只知道点阳春麵，剩下的我就看不懂了。

lisa: we also have wonton noodle soup, spare ribs noodle soup, dry noodles, noodles with sesame sauce and noodles with minced pork and soy sauce. as for the side dishes, you can choose from the ones in front of you or have a plate of mixed braised foods such as seaweed, dried bean curd, tofu skin, vegan chicken, bamboo shoots and marinated eggs. we also have marinated spare ribs, chicken drumsticks and beef!

lisa：我们还有云吞麵、排骨麵、乾麵、麻酱麵、炸酱麵，小菜的话就妳眼前看到的这些，或是滷味拼盘，比方说海带、豆乾、豆皮、素鸡、竹笋、滷蛋，也有滷排骨跟滷鸡腿跟滷肉可以选择喔！

megan: wow! i didn’t know there were so many choices available! i never had the guts to order anything else other than plain noodles. thanks for explaining all the menu items to me. i really appreciate it.

megan：原来有这麼多呀！我每次都只敢点阳春麵。有妳帮我讲解，真的是太感谢了。

lisa: next time you want to order something, if i’m not around, just point to the item. i’ll let my dad know.

lisa：下次妳要吃什麼，如果没遇到我，就用指头指出来就行了，我会跟我爸说一声。

megan: okay. instead of plain noodles, can i get noodles with sesame sauce today? and for the side dishes, i want some dried bean curd, seaweed and a marinated egg.

megan：好。那我今天改吃麻酱麵，小菜我选豆乾、海带跟滷蛋。

lisa: would you like some boiled vegetables as well? we have water spinach and spinach.

lisa：那妳想要吃烫青菜吗？我们有空心菜跟菠菜。

megan: sure. i’ll have water spinach then.

megan：好呀！那我选空心菜。

lisa: great! have a seat. i’ll bring your dishes over in a minute.

lisa：没问题！那妳稍坐一下，餐点马上就来。
