as many of you may be aware, a new coffee shop has opened just around the corner from our office. java joe’s coffee emporium has graciously offered our employees a 15% discount on coffee/drink purchases and breakfast/lunch items during the month of march 2014 as a way of encouraging us to give their products a try and build an amicable relationship.

应该有不少人发现了，一间新咖啡店就在公司的附近开幕了。爪哇乔咖啡店慷慨地提供我们员工15%的折扣，凡是在2014年三月购买咖啡／饮品和早／午餐品项就能享有此折扣，以鼓励我们尝试他们的產品，并且建立起和平友善的关系。

in order to receive the discount, employees must show their company id badges when ordering. the company has requested that you limit the use of this discount privilege to purchases made on your behalf, with no more than three take-out coffees and / or two food items being purchased at one time by any individual. larger office orders can be made from the human resources department and will be delivered. such orders, however, need to be placed one day in advance for morning delivery and one hour in advance for lunchtime (12:00pm) delivery, with a minimum of 5 people participating.

要获得折扣，各位点餐时必须出示公司员工识别证。公司请各位只能以自己名义使用这个折扣，每个人一次请不要购买超过三杯外带咖啡和／或是两份食物。大份量的部门订购则可以透过人力资源部订购，且将外送至公司。不过此种订单，早餐外送的话必须提前一天订购，午餐（中午12点）外送则是提前一小时订购，最少五人成团。

this generous offer has been offered as a token of friendship between businesses and we hope that all employees can benefit from it while remaining respectful of the conditions applied.
