i would like to take this moment to thank each and every one of you for your hard work and dedication to the success of our company. as you are aware, we have been facing some financial struggles lately and times have been a bit tough. we have had to make adjustments in order to compensate for losses, and although it hasn’t been easy, it was necessary in order for us to regain our strength and bounce back.

我想利用此刻来感谢你们每一位為公司成功的辛勤工作及奉献。如各位所知，我们最近一直面临一些财务状况，而景况也有些严峻。為了贴补损失，我们已经做了一些调整，儘管那不是太容易，但我们当初必须这麼做来重拾气力并且重新站起。

i understand that you have concerns about your future and the growth of the company, and that those who have chosen to stay with us and weather the storm are truly dedicated. you have all proven that you are not only capable, but also resilient, and it is that strength that will help us grow in the future. nothing can hold back those who are motivated and believe in themselves and their accomplishments.

我明白各位对未来和公司的成长都有些疑虑，而选择留下来并一同度过风雨的一定都是為公司尽心尽力的人。各位都证明了自己不只有能力，恢復力也狠强。正是此种力量能够帮助我们在未来成长。没有什麼能够阻挡有热忱并且相信自己和自己成就的人。

to that end, i am happy to announce that just this week we have signed three lucrative new clients and the forecast for growth is positive in all departments. although we still have some goals to obtain, we are optimistic that with your help we will do so.

為此，我狠高兴地宣布就在这週我们已经签下了三个大客户，而所有部门的成长预测都十分正面。儘管公司仍有一些目标要达成，有了各位的协助，相信公司定能做到。

thank you for your continuing support and hard work, without which we would have nothing.
