生活英文──缴费

Fiona has gone to a convenience store to pay her bills.

Fiona到便利商店缴费。

Fiona: Hi, can I pay my insurance and credit card bills here?

Fiona：你好！请问便利商店有代收保险费跟信用卡费吗？

Store assistant: Sure! Just give me the payment slips.

店员：有的！请将您的缴费单据给我即可！

Fiona: Here you go.

Fiona：在这边。

Store assistant: Ma’am, you can pay your insurance bill here but not the credit card bill.

店员：小姐，您保险费可以代收，但是信用卡费则没办法代收喔！

Fiona: Why not?

Fiona：为什麽？

Store assistant: Your bank is not one of our partners, so we can’t offer bill payment service.

店员：因为这家银行跟我们没有配合卡费代收的服务。

Fiona: What should I do then?

Fiona：那这样我该怎麽缴？

Store assistant: You can go to FamilyMart. They accept bill payments on behalf of your bank.

店员：您可以到全家便利商店，他们有代收这家银行的信用卡费！
