生活会话──买衣服杀价

Megan is an exchange student from Canada. She went to a night market in Taiwan for the first time today. After trying some of the snacks, she decided to have a look at the clothing stalls.

Megan是从加拿大来的交换学生，今天是他第一次逛台湾的夜市。她吃完了小吃后，想说顺道逛逛卖衣服的摊子。

Megan: Hello, how much is this?

Megan：老闆！请问这件多少钱？

Stall owner: This one is NT$390. But if you want it, I can sell it to you for just NT$350.

老闆：这一件390，你要的话算你350元就好！

Megan: What if I buy this red T-shirt and this white one together?

Megan：那如果我买这件红T恤加上这件白的呢？

Stall owner: I’ll sell them to you for just NT$700!

老闆：那就算你700囉！

Megan: That’s not cheap at all! All right, I’ll think about it.

Megan：好贵喔！那我再考虑看看。

Stall owner: Come on. Fine, I’ll let you have them for NT$650. You know, these shirts are made of cotton. I’m already giving you a very good deal.

老闆：别这样嘛！那算你六百五啦！我这衣服是纯棉的喔！已经很便宜了。

Megan: It’s still too expensive. Never mind. I’ll keep looking.

Megan：还是太贵了，没关係，我再看看。

Stall owner: Fine, you name the price then.

老闆：不然你出个价。

Megan: Two for NT$500.

Megan：两件500。

Stall owner: I can’t give you that! I have two children to raise. I would be selling them at a loss.

老闆：我不能给这个价啦！我家还有两个小孩要养，你出这个价钱我还亏本耶！

Megan: You know I used to own a clothing stall back in Canada, too. I know they have a high profit margin. But if you think my offer is too low, then suit yourself!

Megan：我以前在加拿大也有摆过摊子，卖衣服的利润其实很好的啦！你无法卖就不要勉强喔！

Stall owner: Fine…you win! NT$500 it is then.

老闆：好啦好啦！输给你了！两件就500吧。

Megan: Thank you! Here’s NT$500.

Megan：谢谢你囉！来，这是500元。

Stall owner: If you find the clothes comfortable, remember to come back and buy more from me!

老闆：觉得好穿的话，记得再来找我呀！

Megan: Will do!

Megan：没问题！
