吃货们，你们有“食忆录”吗？食忆录是一种个人体验记录，着重描述食物，并把食物作为表达个人体验的手段。

 

吃货们的“食忆录”

Foodoir is a memoir that includes recipes or that is focused on food, meals, or cooking.

“食忆录”是一种包含食谱，或者重点讲述食品、饭菜和烹饪方法的回忆录。

 

In more sentimental varieties of the foodoir, the author embarks on an emotional journey, returning to his or her ancestor’s roots. Many have recipes, too. “食忆录”也有更感性的方式，作者在文中开启一段感人历程，返回老家寻根，其中很多也有菜谱。

 

A hybrid of memoir sensually larded with recipes, the foodoir belongs in the bedroom or on the beach, not the kitchen.

“食忆录”中既有回忆录，也掺杂着食谱，适合在卧室或者沙滩阅读，而不是厨房。
