Watermelon Bread西瓜吐司

 Roger and Wendy are buying baked goods at a bakery. 罗杰和温蒂在一家烘焙坊买面包。

Wendy: It’s so hot recently! I really want to eat watermelon!

温蒂：最近好热喔！我真想吃西瓜！

Roger: Then why did you suggest going to a bakery full of hot baked stuff?

罗杰：那你为什么要提议来这个充满烤得热腾腾的东西的烘焙坊呢？

Wendy: I can’t eat just watermelon for breakfast!

温蒂：我又不能只吃西瓜当早餐！

Roger: By the way, I hear there’s a bakery in Yilan that makes watermelon bread.

罗杰：对了，我听说在宜兰有一家烘焙坊有做西瓜吐司。 Wendy: Watermelon bread? I wonder how that would taste.

 温蒂：西瓜吐司？真好奇它吃起来味道会是怎样。

Roger: I don’t think it tastes like watermelon, but it’s colored like it! The outside is green with straight black lines, and the inside is red with black dots like seeds!

罗杰：它吃起来好像不会是西瓜的味道，而是顏色像西瓜！外层是绿色的带有黑色直条纹，裡面是红色的，还有像是籽一样的黑点点！

Wendy: That sounds amazing! Let’s go buy some!

温蒂：听起来好妙喔！我们去买一些吧！

Roger: I’m not going all the way to Yilan for some novelty bread!

罗杰：我才不要为了买创意面包大老远跑到宜兰咧！

Wendy: We could also go to the beach and surf!

温蒂：我们可以顺便去那边的海滩冲浪啊！

Roger: Now you’re talking!

罗杰：这样才对嘛！
