Southwest China's Chongqing Municipality is looking for a spokesperson for its trademark hotpot worldwide, China National Radio's website cnr.cn reported.
据央广网报道，重庆正在全球选拔火锅形象代言人。

The move(活动) aims to(目的在于…) introduce the hotpot(火锅) to the world and help people fall in love with(爱上) the city.
 
Contests(比赛) to select the spokesperson(代言人), jointly hosted by Chongqing's Radio and Television Group and its hotpot association, will be held in mid-October(十月中旬) around China, in north America, Australia and Singapore.

Contestants(参赛者) will have the chance to show their talents, as well as answer trivia questions about the hotpot.
 
Anyone between the age of 18 and 40(年龄在18至40岁之间), no matter(不论...) where one is from, is eligible for the contests.

The first, second, and third winners(冠军、亚军和季军) will receive 1 million, 500,000 and 200,000 yuan respectively in cash(现金) as prizes.
